The Season is Underway!

Wow! time has flown and we’ve been so busy I’ve forgotten to check back in and update everyone. Hopefully youve been following along on our social media pages so you’re up to date. For those that haven’t; the Major League Eating Season has seen Miki and I compete at the 1st annual Wings for Wishes Wing Eating Championship where Miki placed 3rd and I placed 2nd with only a 3 wing difference! This was also an amazing event as it benefitted Make a Wish South Florida and we were all able to raise over 400 thousand dollars! After this we participated in the Sweet Corn Eating Championship where we had similar results. Miki finishing 50 ears and finishing in 4th with me finishing 52 ears and tying Darron Breeden for 2nd behind the great Gideon Oji with 54! More recently we flew out to Manor Texas and participated in the 1st annual Southside BBQ Texas Sausage Eating Championship. Here Miki finished 41 and I finished 39.5 to place 2nd and 3rd respectively behind Geoff Esper’s 44. The competitions are flying by and Nathans is only 8 weeks away! Practices and preparation underway!

On the Homefront Miki just celebrated her 1st Mother’s Day. She’s an amazing mom/stepmom and Max and Sylvie and William are so fortunate to have her. Sylvie thinks she’s about the coolest person in the world haha. William is doing great just starting soccer and Max just turned 10 months old! He’s growing like a weed and is already in 2T clothes!
